Welcome to The Bach Studio. We are dedicated to delivering beautifully crafted, premium wall art straight to your doorstep. Below you will find the details of our shipping processes, timelines, and fees.

1. Proudly Printed & Shipped Locally

To ensure the highest quality and the fastest possible delivery times, all of our canvas prints and framed arts are custom-made, printed, and hand-stretched locally right here in New Zealand. This means your order doesn't have to cross oceans, and you don't have to worry about surprise import duties or customs delays.

2. Shipping Rates

  • Nationwide Free Shipping: We are delighted to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders across New Zealand, including both the North Island and South Island.

  • Rural Deliveries (RD): Free shipping also applies to rural addresses. However, please note that rural deliveries may require an additional 2–3 business days in transit depending on your local courier networks.

3. Production & Shipping Timelines

Because each piece of art is uniquely custom-made and printed on demand, your order goes through two phases before arriving at your home:

  • Phase 1: Production (Processing Time)

    • It takes 3 to 5 business days for our local printing partners to print, cure, wrap, or frame your canvas.

    • Note: During peak holiday seasons (such as the Christmas rush), production may take up to 6 business days.

  • Phase 2: Transit (Shipping Time)

    • North Island: 2 to 4 business days.

    • South Island: 3 to 5 business days.

    • Rural Addresses (RD): Please allow an extra 2 to 3 business days for local rural couriers to drop off your package.

Total Estimated Delivery Time: You can generally expect your beautiful new wall art to arrive within 6 to 9 business days from the date your order is placed.

4. Order Tracking

Once your art has been crafted and handed over to our local courier partner (such as NZ Post), we will automatically send you a Shipping Confirmation Email containing a tracking link and tracking number. You will be able to follow your package's journey every step of the way. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update once received.

5. Delivery Issues & Address Changes

  • Incorrect Addresses: Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. We are not responsible for orders that are lost or delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect information submitted by the customer.

  • Address Modifications: If you notice a mistake in your shipping address, please email us within 2 hours of placing your order. Once the order has moved into production, we unfortunately cannot alter the shipping label.

  • Safe Drop / Authority to Leave (ATL): Our couriers may leave the package in a safe place on your property if you are not home. The Bach Studio is not liable for items that are stolen or damaged after a successful delivery confirmation by the courier service.
